H&M v McQueen

I love animal print so when I saw this McQueen scarf in the Harrods sale, it was mine, regardless of the warm weather outside!  I have a grey silk skull scarf by him so as I don't like designer repeats in my wardrobe this was a perfect addition.  I wear a lot of denim (jeans) so the blues in this will contribute nicely to them. It's made from modal and silk and feels amazing.  It was £175 originally and no, I didn't pay that for a scarf (although I would if I had the cash!), luckily my savings stepped in to pay the reduced price of £50 for it.  If you get McQueen, you will get this, if not, it will just still seem like a very pricey scarf!  But we are all different in what we love and I love investment (yes dear husband, you may laugh but one day, one day I will prove you wrong) bargains like this by amazing designers.

My lovely friend treated me to this H&M scarf.  More animal print but as I wear a lot of plain tops they add some character to them.  Having only seen in print and not in the flesh I was pleasantly surprised at the size.  It's been great to use in the early mornings when it's cooler outside but then light enough to scrunch up in bag on the way home.  An instant lift to a wardrobe and mood actually, I've enjoyed wearing the orange.  At £7.99 I would fully recommend.
