I finally ordered the camouflage sweater I blogged about here back in November, it was down to £9.90 so thought it was about time I put my money where my mouth was and just crack on with it! I went for the green in the end as I don't tend to wear a lot of black and my old Gap one I loved was green too. It's been worn and washed a lot and so far it's definitely worth the whole £9.90. Personally for me it is on the short side length wise but I am long in the body so probably fine on most others. I think it's sold out online now so try a store if you're after it, however that has happened to me with Uniqlo before and things do come back in stock online so keep checking back.
It was free delivery over £20 so I had a little browse and found the below also reduced. I loved it with jeans for a casual look so thought I'd try it. I had also ordered a H&M one at the same time with some Christmas presents so I wasn't 100% on keeping it as preferred the red H&M one.
£19.90 now £14.90 |
However I ended up loving it as it was so soft and preferred the muted tones to the H&M one below (which was also a more rigid cotton). Not the best shot below I know, apologies, now schools out for the girls I may get to take some more shots in day light. Roll on Spring - dark nights and me don't get on, the days are just too short.
This H&M one is a good price for £14.99 just felt the check was perhaps a little too large on me and I really loved the one above.
Oh how I love a bit of Uniqlo! The sweatshirt and check shirt are both fab buys Natalie.....it's about time a had a little gander of their sale! xx
ReplyDeleteIt's a good one Michelle - happy shopping! x
DeleteI can imagine the Uniqlo shirt pips the H&M one for softness and finish actually. I got one last year and it is one of my favourite shirts - very soft and easy to wear. I have to say the one you chose - the check proportions look perfect on you.
ReplyDeleteThanks Sue, I've worn it so much already, it's really comfy too x
